Commit to a cleanse to give your digestive system a break. Your body has to work hard to break down processed foods that exhaust its energy reserve. By contrast, liquids like juices require minimal effort to digest while enriching your body with a multitude of nutrients from pure, unprocessed fruits and vegetables. Doing a cleanse allows your body to rest and heal while improving your gut health and mental clarity.

TIPS & TRICKS
Preparing to Cleanse: It’s best to eat clean, whole foods the night before your cleanse, no more and no less than you typically would.
Cleanse Instructions:
Drink your first juice upon waking. Follow with juice every 2-3 hours. Finish the last juice 2 hours before sleep.
During Your Cleanse:
- Drink lots of water throughout the day. Not only will this aid in cleansing your body, but will help you to stay hydrated & focused!
- We recommend lighter than normal or no exercise while cleansing — a cleanse is designed to give the entire body rest
- Alcohol is antithetical to the idea of cleansing. Abstain from alcohol during the cleanse.
- Caffeine. This is a personal choice. If you choose to drink caffeine, take it without dairy or sugar. But for a more effective cleanse ABSTINENCE is key.
- Still hungry?
- Drink water. Your body and mind will adjust.
- If it doesn’t, add in, a plant-based smoothie, or raw fruits and vegetables (salads).
- If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, we recommend ending the cleanse.
Ending a cleanse is as important as the cleanse itself. Don’t shock the body, ease back into your normal routine by starting with plant based, non-processed foods, juices, and smoothies, Reduction in eating your normal portion sizes.
